Use this when you want Operations to handle the connection. If you already have a feed/export/API, Operations can connect that source for you. If you do not have one yet, Operations can help create a maintainable CSV, Sheet export, platform export, or API source first.

First determine what your store already produces

A source may be Google Merchant XML, a CSV export, JSON, XML, a Shopify endpoint, or an API. If the partner has none of those, switch to Managed Setup; do not manually recreate hundreds of products in TackleSonar.

Map product identity first

UPC/GTIN and manufacturer part number provide the strongest canonical match. Dealer SKU identifies the seller offer. Price, shipping, stock, title, image and destination complete the record.

Import a small sample before the full catalog

Validate duplicate matching, currency, shipping math, stock values, image URLs and the exact HTTPS seller destination before enabling the full source.

Choose a refresh cadence that matches inventory

Once active, TackleSonar repeatedly downloads the same source. The partner updates their own source; TackleSonar does not require them to edit every product here.
