Any registered account can create, fund, monitor, and dispute a banner campaign. Approved Partner accounts also receive an advertising discount configured for the Partner program. The discount is shown automatically inside the Advertisement Builder when the eligible Partner account is signed in. Advertising alone does not unlock Marketplace Feed or Deal Publishing.
